Analytics are optional. We use support emails to answer your questions and improve KIHO.

Who we are

Andrei Stalbe is the individual operator of KIHO, based in Moldova. For support or privacy requests, contact support@kiho.video.

Website visits and analytics

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes your IP address and network request information to deliver pages, detect abuse and provide traffic statistics. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.

Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, including pages viewed, scrolling and link clicks, along with browser, device and approximate location information. It loads only with your consent. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Analytics are disabled for EU/EEA and UK visitors and unknown locations, even with saved consent. Location is estimated from your IP address and may be inaccurate, including when using a VPN.

You can use the website without analytics. Open Privacy on the homepage and choose No thanks to withdraw consent. This stops future collection by our Google tag; it does not erase information already held by Google.

We save your choice in browser storage until it is changed or cleared. Google uses _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, normally for up to two years, subject to browser limits. See Google’s cookie information.

Support and feedback

When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. Zoho Mail hosts this correspondence. We use it to answer enquiries, investigate problems and improve KIHO. Providing it is voluntary, but we may need relevant details to help you. Please avoid sending passwords, playlist credentials or unrelated sensitive information.

Necessary customer support is based on our contract with you or steps you request before a contract. General enquiries and feedback are handled under our legitimate interests in answering people and improving the product. We also process information where needed to meet legal obligations.

We do not currently use support emails to train AI models.

How long we keep information

We review identifiable support emails every six months and delete or anonymize information no longer needed. We may keep messages for an open issue, justified follow-up, legal obligation or dispute. Product lessons may be retained without identifying people. Provider backups and deletion processes can take longer.

Google Analytics event-data retention is set to two months and user-data retention to fourteen months, with user retention reset by new activity. These limits do not cover most aggregate reports. Cloudflare retention depends on the processing purpose, security needs and legal obligations.

Providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for website delivery and security, Google Ireland Limited for Analytics, and Zoho for email. Zoho hosts our mailbox in Europe. These providers may use authorized personnel and service providers in other countries, including the United States and India. European hosting does not guarantee European-only access.

See Cloudflare’s processing terms, Google’s processing terms and Zoho’s privacy information. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email us to make a request. We normally respond within one month and may ask for proportionate identity verification. You may also complain to Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection or another competent privacy authority.

Children

KIHO is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. Contact us if a child has provided information that needs attention.

Before publication
